Selling Polices

Sales and Order Processing Policies:

 

Any sales order made through our Mueblería Standard website is subject to the application and verification of the payment made by the means authorized therein and to the availability of the products purchased.

 

The characteristics, descriptions, prices, terms and conditions of our products and services are described and established on our Website.

 

Payment for the purchased items must be made through the payment options offered on the Website.

 

All item prices include VAT. Additionally, the Client must pay for the services that correspond to the shipping of their product, which will be detailed separately in each order.

 

All products on the Website are subject to existence and availability, so delivery time may vary depending on the items purchased. Information and tracking of delivery times for each order will be previously provided.

 

In the event that an order cannot be processed, Mueblería Standard reserves the right to accept, deny or cancel any order, and additional information may be requested from the Client. Once the purchase has been made by the Client, by accepting the Terms and Conditions, an email will be sent informing the details of the purchase.

 

Returns and Cancellations:

 

If the product can be returned, as long as the product is packaged or, failing that, if it is unpackaged, it will have a depreciation of 20% of the total value. For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns on mattresses are not accepted.

 

The Client may request to return the products purchased on our website under the following terms:

 

Request a return within 5 days after delivery, under the following conditions:

 

a) Product with a manufacturing defect.

b) Incomplete product.

c) If the product arrived in poor condition (broken, scratched, broken, etc.).

d) Wrong product.



Satisfaction Guarantee:



To make your SATISFACTION GUARANTEE valid, it must be requested within 5 days after delivery. This Guarantee only applies to Living Rooms, Bedrooms and Dining Rooms. For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns on mattresses are not accepted. THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE WILL NOT BE VALID IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, DIRTY, STAINED OR MISUSED.


The returns process will be as follows:

 

Client will contact the Customer Service area to file a report and evaluate if it applies under the conditions mentioned above. Once the return is approved, a date will be scheduled to pick up the products at the delivery address. Once the product has been collected, a refund will be processed. Refund:

 

They will be applied within a period of 3 to 7 business days.

 

The cost of the returned product plus the freight charge will be refunded.

 

If the payment was made with a Credit or Debit card, it will be made through a refund charged to the same card.

 

If the payment was made by other means, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the Client's account, requirements: account statement with bank ID in the name of the invoiced client.

 


Guarantee Policies:

The guarantee is the right that consumers have when products or services present faults or defects in their quality or safety.

- How long does the warranty take?

It varies according to the supplier and the product but generally 7 to 15 days maximum.

Between 7 and 15 days maximum.

-How long does my product have a warranty?

In living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms: a 3-month warranty is given from the day the product is delivered - for mirrors and glass, please check at the time of delivery that it is in perfect condition, if not, do not receive the product - yes, customer pick up the merchandise you lose the warranty (you have to check it at the time of delivery to ensure that it is in perfect condition).

On mattresses there is a one-year warranty from the day of delivery (the mattress must be clean and stain-free for the warranty to apply).

On electronics and white goods there is a one-year warranty, the controls come with a 3-month warranty only (it does not cover voltage variation).

For shortages, only the first 3 days are given.
